1. Acceptance of these terms

The website firedamagerestorationdallas.com (the "Site") is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or calling a phone number shown on it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our referral service

The Site provides general information about fire, smoke and water damage and a phone number you can call to reach an independent restoration contractor who serves the Dallas area. When you call, your call is connected to a contractor who accepts work in your area, and you speak with that contractor on the same call.

Contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners or joint venturers, and we do not direct or control their work. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available at any particular time or for any particular address, and coverage can change without notice.

We may be compensated in connection with calls that are connected to contractors. You are never obligated to hire any contractor.

3. Agreements with contractors

Any estimate, contract, payment, assignment of insurance benefits, permit, warranty or guarantee for work on your property is solely between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its terms or performance.

Before work begins, you are responsible for confirming the contractor's qualifications, insurance, scope of work, pricing, permit responsibilities and warranty terms, and for reading any agreement before you sign it, including any document involving your insurance claim.

4. Information on this Site

Articles, guides, tables and answers on the Site are general educational information about fire damage and restoration. They are not professional, engineering, legal, insurance, medical or safety advice for your situation. Codes, standards, agency guidance and insurance practices change, and every property is different.

We work to keep information accurate and cite sources, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current or error-free. Rely on qualified professionals who have inspected your property and on your own insurance policy wording. Images on the Site are illustrative.

5. Safety and emergencies

Fire-damaged buildings can have weakened structures, damaged wiring and gas lines, and hazardous residues. Do not enter a building until the fire department says it is safe, and do not attempt work you are not qualified to do. If you smell gas, see smoke or flames, or suspect carbon monoxide, leave immediately and call 911 and your gas utility from outside.

The Site and its phone line are not an emergency service, and response times depend on independent contractors and are not guaranteed.

6. Calls: a call-in service only

This Site is a call-in service. You choose to call the number shown on the Site, and your own call is connected to an independent contractor who speaks with you on that call. The Site has no request forms and does not collect contact details so that anyone can reach you later.

Using the Site does not give us or any contractor permission to call, text or email you, and does not sign you up for marketing of any kind. We do not make outbound calls, send texts or emails, or pass your details to anyone so that they can contact you. Anything arranged after your call, such as a site visit, is agreed directly between you and the contractor during your conversation.

Calls may be routed through a call-tracking provider and, where permitted by law, monitored or recorded for quality and dispute resolution. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start. Your carrier's standard rates may apply.
